Here at Bahr’s, we offer two different maintenance programs that you can choose to enroll in. In the lower tier is the WARM (Want a Rewarding Maintenance) Program. While the services provided in this program may be a bit less extensive as those in the upper tier COOL Program, they still effectively protect you from developing problems with your unit over time.
The specific price of the WARM Program will depend on the particular type of system you have. However, all of the prices are quite low and the amount you save over time will more than offset them. This program includes an annual 39-point inspection, light coil cleaning, and an assortment of other discounts on maintenance-related parts and services.
COOL Program
The more extensive COOL (Customers of Outstanding Loyalty) Program will address the same types of issues as the WARM Program, but in more detail. It also includes a 39-point inspection, but the coil cleaning is more extensive. Also, the discounts and special offers are more generous.
