This special includes a brand new UV Light installed in your air conditioner along with a maintenance check-up. This UV Light kills bacteria and other allergens that may grow within your air conditioning unit. Also, the maintenance check is a general cleaning and servicing of your unit.
Maintenance includes, but is not limited to:
- Oiling motors
- Checking Freon
- Checking and recording amperage of the motors and compressor
- Cleaning the Evaporator coil, Condensor coil, drain and drain lines
