Our maintenance program offers many benefits including extending equipment life expectancy, helps to lower utility costs, and much more. Every year we will send a blue postcard to remind our valued customers to schedule their annual maintenance appointment.
We have just started our new maintenance program and would like to introduce it to you. It is a two tiered program, both are similar but have their differences.
The first tier is our WARM (Want A Rewarding Maintenance) Program. Our WARM Program consists of a 39-point inspection with a light coil cleaning and discounts of 10% - 15% off all parts with a 1 year warranty on purchases made throughout the calendar year, including on maintenance checks.
Prices for the WARM Program:

The second tier is our COOL (Customers Of Outstanding Loyality) Program. Our COOL Program consists or a 39-point inspection with a full coil cleaning including nonacidic cleaner, and discounts of $15 off service calls throughout the calendar year; lifetime warranty on any parts; 15% off all parts purchased throughout the calendar year including at the time of maintenance check; and 5% off any new unit installation.

- $89.95 - Split System A/C and Heat Pumps in closet/garage
- $99.95 - Split System A/C and Heat Pumps in attic with accessibility (i.e. - within 6 feet from access)
- $109.95 - Commercial Units starting at $109.95 - Special quotes are available for extra units (i.e. - churches, clubhouses)
The 39-piont inspection includes:
- Complete service of unit(s)
- Coil cleaning on Evaporator and Condensor coils
- Check and calibrate thermostats (if needed)
- Check freon level
- Check and record all voltage and amperage
- Check all electrical connections
- Inspect filters
- Inspect blower wheels
- Lubricate any motors with oil ports
- Inspect fans and all motors
- Check safety controls
- Check heat strips
- Check all drain pans
- Check duct work
